Advocate Intern
Advocates are the front line staff who interact with our shelter guests on a daily basis. They complete the intakes for new shelter guests, and handle day to day shelter operations.
This position is ideal for high school students, or those pursuing degrees in human services, psychology, criminal justice, social work, or sociology.​

Case Management Intern
Case Managers assist our shelter guests with setting and reaching goals. Employment and housing are typically the main goals that households are looking to achieve while they're with us in shelter. Case Managers have several administrative tasks as well including managing applications, entering case notes, and managing case plans.
This position is ideal for those pursuing degrees in human services, psychology, criminal justice, social work, or sociology.​

Operations Management Intern
Our Operations Director oversees all aspects of Pathways finances. Pathways receives federal funding sources, including private donations, county funds, and federal grants. Operations Management Interns assist with preparations for grant reimbursement submissions, financial reports, and administrative tasks related to financial management of the organization
This position is ideal for those pursuing degrees in business, nonprofit management, or accounting.​
